Ross (aka Big Will on these streets) did run with da Boobie Boys, which was one of the top 5 gangstas down here in Miami in the mid 90’s. When “Boobie” got snatched by the Feds, they also snatched several Miami-Dade Police Officers as well, cause they were on Boobie’s payroll. Naw Ross wasn’t no king-pin himself, but close enough, cause he ran with some real hustlers that touched major work…
Street-wise, Rick Ross’ back is against the wall on the explanation tip, so he can’t really elaborate on everything cause his peeps “Boobie” still dealing with a federal case right now on appeal, cause the Fed’s built thier case on allot of he-say-she-say through out Boobies whole indictment.
First of all, Boobie was a mean business man, and still has allot of his protégé’s still working underground to this day.
