I'm not big on wigs, extensions, or anything fake when it comes to do with hair, but there is something I'm finding sexy about Ms. New York. Tiffany “New York” Pollard celebrated her 27th Birthday on Wednesday night in Hollywood and she made sure no one stole her red carpet shine.
