It's about time this byatch gets caught out there doing something suspect! The video shows her taking some power hits from a BONG and then acting extremely silly and might I say, like a fool. TMZ.com did some dirty work on this one!
From missinfo.tv TMZ did some dirty work and unleashed a camera phone video of the young singer smoking an unkown substance out of a bong (water pipe). The source of the video claims the substance is a legal herb called salvia and the video was stolen from a friend of Miley’s, just days after she turned 18.
I have tried that legal Marijuana before and I to be honest although it gets you light-headed, there is nothing like the real deal :).
