This must be one of the saddest stories in boxing history! Arturo Gatti was found dead while vacationing with his wife who just happens to be bad as hell. The police are trying to pin it on his wife Amanda Rodrigues Gatti. Check out an excerpt from Fox News
Boxer Arturo Gatti’s wife Amanda Rodrigues Gatti has been taken into custody by Porto de Galihnas police It appears she had several contradictions during her interrogation of her husband’s murder.
According to Timesonline, “ Amanda Carina Barbosa Rodrigues, 23, had been detained because she could not explain how she had been in the apartment with her husband for almost ten hours without realizing that he was dead. The spokeswoman said that the authorities were preparing charges against Ms Rodrigues, who denied being involved in her husband’s death.” Read more
